20 day lead times on all VELUX Polyurethane Roof Windows

As of 15/04/21 VELUX are experiencing supply issues with their Polyurethane roof windows in the UK.

They have been advised by their production team that these material delays will lead to issues in satisfying demand over the coming weeks. The production and logistics teams are working very hard to minimise this impact but have no option to increase some of the lead times on this product range during April and May. 

As the Polyurethane range of windows feature as part of the current Rewards Promotion, their priority is to service their customers as best as possible over the coming weeks, it may just mean that the products will be on a longer lead time than normal  - the current lead time for the majority of the range is 2 working days, this may move to a minimum of 20 working delays in the UK.

if delivery time is an important factor for you then we advise you order the VELUX White Painted Roof Windows, which are delivered with normal lead times (3 working days).
